My responsibilty is to communicate with the team and assign tasks to individual members. Motivate team to complete their assigned task in due time, also to take care of the individual members and make sure the team is on track.
Our Story
In this project, we have been tasked with designing and manufacturing an RC aircraft for FlyAway Ltd. We were required to ensure the RC kit is made of wood, consisting of as few parts as possible, a maximum wingspan of 1.5m and low costing to ensure maximum profits with a maximum expenditure of £150.
To successfully meet these requirements, each member of the took up a role that best suited their skill set thus, the project was manager Naweendra, Callum was the design lead, Suleiman was the technical and electronics lead and Mobeen was the manufacturing lead.
Then we decided on our group name to be ‘Team Elda’ and pick ‘Air-Wings’ as the name for the aircraft that we would build.
Soon the project lead set up a grant chart using Microsoft planner that can be accessed through (https://tasks.office.com/msuclanac.onmicrosoft.com/Home/PlanViews/dOT_ZLI5G0ayf_XdCUBGopYAFl3l?Type=PlanLink&Channel=Link&CreatedTime=637583529278700000). With the use of this grant chart, step by step each team member set about achieving their required targets to accomplish the task in hand.
Although there were many obstacles in our path to here, it has been an incredible journey.
